Classroom-Based and On-the-Job Training
Our on-the-job learning packages include complementary training modules, including classroom-based Safeguarding (SOVA) and First Aid courses plus on-the-job Leadership training (QCF Level 5). As an Edexcel Approved Centre, our Carer Learning programmes deliver a blend of formally recognised qualifications with courses tailored to the specific needs of each care agency and individual carers. Our classroom-based and on-the-job training programmes are delivered by professionals who have hands-on experience of running regulated care agencies. Pricing starts from UK£50 per student, for a half-day Safeguarding course, through to UK£950 for a QCL Level 5 programme, typically completed over 5 months.

Tailored Mentoring Programmes
Led by our CEO and Managing Director Keith Shaw, we provide a hands-on field mentoring package for care business owners, franchisees and managers, nation-wide. With increasing demands of quality and professionalism expected by Local government, Care regulator (CQC) and public alike, our mentoring package provides monthly and quarterly sessions with care managers and workers, assessing and continuously improving processes and work practices. With CQC increasing the number of Inspections without notice, our mentoring services become an affordable and low-risk way to ensure standards are being met in everyday home care operations.
